15W-40 heavy diesel engine oil is currently used in the Hidromek HMK-370 crawler excavator in the company, and the engine oil is changed every 250 hours, and the oil filter set is also replaced with each oil change. Considering the Hidromek HMK-370 crawler excavator in our Customer Company, a recommendation was made to switch to the MOBILE DELVAC 1 5W/40 product, which has API CI-4 PLUS specifications to extend engine oil and filter change hours, providing high engine protection and allowing long oil changes. Mobil Delvac 1 5W-40 engine oil in the Hidromek HMK-370 crawler excavator was regularly monitored, and engine oil and oil filter changes were increased to 1,000 hours. At the end of this oil change period, 10,500 TL was saved annually in oil costs and spare parts costs compared to the previously used engine oil.
