High Performance Circulation Oils for Large Industrial Equipment
Mobil Vacuoline Series circulation oils provide a versatile lubrication solution for a wide range of industrial equipment. Mobil Vacuoline Series circulation oils are high-performance heavy-duty oils designed to meet the demanding conditions of the No Twist rolling process. At the same time, their overall performance makes these oils an excellent choice for gear and bearing lubrication. Mobil Vacuoline 500 Series, on the other hand, is formulated with high quality base oils and a special additive system to provide excellent spreading and adhesion on the surface, extra protection of oil properties, and thin film protection against rust and corrosion. This series offers excellent resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation whilst also offering a high level of wear protection. It also has excellent water separation properties, allowing water and other contaminants to be easily separated from the oil in the system tank. Mobil Vacuoline 500 Series is available in different sub-viscosity grades.
Superior Performance Circulation Oils
Mobil DTE™ Oil Series circulation oils are superior performance products designed for use in applications such as steam and water turbine systems and other systems where long oil service life is required. Mobil DTE Oil Named Series oils are formulated with well-refined base oils and an additive system that has an extremely high level of chemical and thermal stability, providing rapid and complete separation from water and high resistance to emulsion formation. This series oils provide excellent protection against rust and corrosion while also offering good anti-wear properties. They have a high viscosity index that ensures minimum change in film thickness depending on temperature and minimum power loss during the heating period. This class of oils has excellent air release properties, preventing cavitation and irregular operation by ensuring easy separation of the air entering it.
Mobil DTE Oil Series are the lubricants preferred by many users due to their long life, excellent equipment protection and versatility in a wide range of industrial applications. DTE Oil Named Series oils are widely used in steam turbines and water turbines with splash, bath and ring lubrication devices, pumps, valves and all other continuous circulation methods involving auxiliary equipment.
