Mobil Vacuoline™ 128
The Mobil Vacuoline™ 100 product line is a range of high-quality circulation system oils for plain bearings designed for full fluid lubrication, especially those subject to heavy water contamination, such as support rolls in steel rolling mills. In particular, they meet the requirements expected for rolling mill bearings, including the Morgan “super dehydration” advanced lubricant feature. Mobil Vacuoline 100 Series oils are formulated from high quality base oils and additives to provide superior water separability, good resistance to thermal degradation and oxidation, and protection against rust and corrosion.

Places of Use
Mobil Vacuoline 100 Series oils are recommended and used primarily and almost exclusively for rolling mill applications. These oils are suitable for the following applications:
• Support rolling beds in rolling mills, especially in bed systems where single or double tanks are used.
• Other fully fluidized film plain bearing systems and similar applications in other sectors, especially those exposed to heavy water pollution
