Zorlu Turbine Oils
Mobil DTE™ 800 Series turbine oils are designed for steam turbines, gas turbines and combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) applications operating under the harshest operating conditions. These advanced products are based on specially selected additives to provide the excellent water degradability required for steam turbines, as well as the debris control and “keep clean” performance required by heavy-duty gas turbines. It is also based on high quality base oils treated in a hydrogen environment to withstand exceptional thermal/oxidative resistance. The formulations also include an anti-wear additive system containing zinc to meet the load carrying requirements of gear turbines.
While meeting the diverse requirements of modern steam and gas turbine designs, Mobil DTE 800 Series oils are excellent choices for combined cycle applications involving a gas turbine and a steam turbine operating in parallel, enabling the use of a single oil. Mobil DTE™ Oil Series are superior performance circulation oils designed for steam and water turbine systems and other system applications requiring long-lasting service. Mobil DTE Oil Named Series oils are formulated with an additive system consisting of carefully refined base oils and high levels of chemical and thermal stability. This series of oils provides excellent protection against rust and corrosion and has effective anti-wear properties. They have a high viscosity index, which ensures minimal change in film thickness depending on temperature and minimization of power loss during the heating period. This class of oils has excellent air separation properties, allowing the air introduced into it to separate easily, thus preventing cavitation and irregular operation.
