Mobil™ Slideway Oil Ultra are high-quality slideway oils specially designed for the lubrication of linear motion guides, ball screws and slides in high-precision machine tools and metalworking machines. In particular, Mobil Slideway Oil Ultra demonstrates outstanding friction performance and coolant decomposability.
Mobil™ Slideway Oil Ultra has been carefully formulated using high-quality base oils and the most advanced additive system, providing controlled friction properties for high-precision machining, compatibility with water-miscible metalworking fluids, and protection of parts and equipment against corrosion. The special combination of additives provides excellent friction properties on a wide range of slide materials, including steel-on-steel and polymer-on-steel, reducing pick-and-release action and chatter. This increases machine productivity by allowing smooth, uniform movement at design travel speeds and helps extend tool life and improve surface finish by providing very high precision. Mobil Slideway Oil Ultra is also optimized to provide separation from most water-miscible coolants.
