Mobil SHC Cibus™ 32 HT
Mobil SHC Cibus™ 32 HT is a fully synthetic, high-performance heat transfer oil intended for use in closed, indirect heating facilities where NSF H1 approved oils are required. Its formula, which provides resistance to thermal decomposition and chemical oxidation, can respectively extend its service life and reduce the tendency to form deposits and sludge.
The viscosity values of Mobil SHC Cibus 32 HT have been carefully selected to ensure effective heat transfer and maximize system efficiency. Low viscosity results in good fluidity at low temperatures and provides easier starting in cold environments.
Mobil SHC Cibus 32 HT is designed with successful heat transfer properties such as specific heat and high thermal conductivity to help ensure rapid heat dissipation, which can ultimately lead to increased efficiency of the entire system. Additionally, the low volatility of Mobil SHC Cibus 32 HT can reduce consumption.

Places of Use
- Provide turbulent flow within the heater with a Reynolds number greater than 10,000;
- Take precautions (in accordance with the directives of the original equipment manufacturer of the heater) to prevent high heat flux in local sections within the heater, which may cause high external surface temperatures and shorten fluid life;
- Use nitrogen blanketing to extend fluid life and minimize oxygen exposure.
