Mobil Pegasus™ 705

Mobil Pegasus 705 is a premium high performance SAE 40 gas engine oil formulated to lubricate a wide range of natural gas fueled engines. Recommended for new stoichiometric and lean-burn, high-speed four-stroke engines that are susceptible to valve surface and valve seat wear. This oil is also recommended for the lubrication of gas compressors and a wide range of engines requiring low-ash oil. Mobil Pegasus 705 is formulated with high quality mineral-based oils and is designed to provide excellent protection to engine and compressor parts and minimal deposits in the combustion chamber, thanks to its superior additive system.

Places of Use

•  High speed stoichiometric gas engines with lean mixture and susceptible to valve seat collapse

• High efficiency in motors operating at or above nominal capacity under high temperatures
• Engines running on fuel containing low levels of hydrogen sulfide
