Mobil EAL Arctic Series oils are formulated from specially synthesized polyol esters (POEs) and a unique additive system to provide exceptional lubrication, wear protection, chemical and thermal stability, and hydrolytic stability.

Places of Use
Application principles: Mobil EAL Arctic Series oils are hygroscopic and care should be taken to avoid absorbing moisture when using them. Packages not in use should be tightly closed and small packages should be preferred. The product should not be transferred to plastic containers where moisture may enter.
Mobil EAL Arctic Series oils are recommended for cooling systems using HFC, HFO and HFO/FHC mixture refrigerants. The range of applications is wide, from domestic/tertiary applications (Heating, ventilation, air conditioning: HVAC) to commercial applications (food storage, transportation) and industrial applications (food processing, freezing).
Mobil EAL Arctic Series should not be used in ammonia systems (NH3/R-717).
