Since the viscosity index and filterability performance of the existing oil was low, there were major problems with pressure losses and keeping the system clean.<strong>Suggestion<\/strong>The aluminum extrusion machine used in the company has high system cleanliness performance and filterability.<b>DTE 10 Excel\u2122 46<\/b>It is recommended to switch to the product. The 9 micron filtration process used in the current oil can now be done down to 3 microns, and equipment efficiency and oil change periods will be 3 times longer.<strong>Use<\/strong>Once our recommendations are implemented in the field,<b>Mobile DTE Excel\u2122 46<\/b>Thanks to the switch to the product, the pollution problem in the system was minimized. In line with the analysis, the oil change period was increased threefold.
