The approximate price of the rival company's grease is 250 TL\/Kg, greasing is done every 3 months and it causes failure in the fan bearings every 6 months. Each treatment takes approximately 8 hours.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 14px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the joint study conducted with the customer company, a recommendation was made to switch to Mobilith SHC 460 grease, which provides high temperature performance and superior equipment protection, considering the load and temperature on the equipment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 14px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By using Mobilith SHC 460 in the drying oven fan bearings in the production line of the enterprise, there was no downtime due to fan bearing failure during its 1-year use, and the enterprise achieved significant savings in annual spare parts costs and a 16-hour production gain.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 14px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Note: These studies were carried out in the past and you can contact our engineering team for current figures.<\/em><\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-1445","stories","type-stories","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Spare Part Costs Reduced with Mobilith SHC 460!
